On July 24, workers of Camaya Coast in Mariveles embraced the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training, an initiative spearheaded by Camaya Coast itself.
The training was carried out in partnership with the Provincial Tourism Office of Bataan and Department of Tourism - Region III. It aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of workers from various departments, including Food and Beverage, Front Office and Housekeeping, Golf course, Shuttle Drivers, Security, Lifeguards, Information Technology (IT) Department, Human Resources (HR) Department, Marine Services, and Public Area Attendants.
The FBSE Training infused a sense of fun and enthusiasm while providing valuable insights into delivering excellent service. As a result, participants emerged with renewed vigor, fully prepared to provide exceptional experiences to tourists and raise the overall quality of tourism services in Camaya Coast.
Gratitude was expressed to all partners involved, including the Provincial Tourism Office of Bataan, headed by Ms. Azucena Sugatain, Department of Tourism - Region III, and of course, Camaya Coast, for championing industry service excellence. The FBSE Training has set a new standard of excellence for Camaya Coast workers, ensuring their continued growth and success. Additionally, this training course holds a special distinction as the 2nd batch, producing 135 graduates, making it the largest group to receive such training in the province of Bataan.
