Provincial Tourism Office and Tourism Promotions Board conducted the 2-day Bataan Tourism Marketing and Strategies Seminar.

The Bataan Provincial Tourism Office in partnership with the Tourism Promotions Board led the Bataan Tourism Marketing and Strategy Seminar last October 10 – 11, 2019 at the Bataan Tourism Center. Fifty (50) participants from the public and private sectors such as hotels, resorts, tour guides, tour operators, as well as the tourism, planning and investment officers from Local Government Units attended the 2-day seminar.

Mr. Alberto Gadia PhD, Tourism Promotions Board - Marketing Analyst served as the resource speaker in the above-mentioned seminar. On the 1st day, Mr. Gadia Discussed the current status of the tourism industry in Bataan and the analyzation of market segments. He also conducted a SWOT Analysis to identify whether their establishments are contributing to the achievement of their marketing plans and programs.

On the other hand, the culture of tourism, and trending global interests, and other related topics were tackled on the 2nd day.
It culminated in a sharing of conclusions and learnings from the participants and awarding of certificates to the participants and resource speaker. Furthermore, Ms. Danica Lolita Tigas, Tourism Operations Officer thanked everyone who attended the seminar and anticipates constant collaborations between the public and private sectors to promote and market the province.

Together, let us aim for the continuous progress and promotion of the grandeur of the Province of Bataan.
