Significance:

The Buddhist Monument I was originally built by refugees themselves who came to United Nations Philippine Refugee Processing Center in Morong, Bataan during 1980’s to 1990’s. The shrine left here served as witness of man’s courage to endure the triumph even in very vile conditions.
