Filipino Brand of Service Exellence Seminar Held at Camaya Coast
From your Bataan Tourism faOn September 10, 2025, the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Seminar was successfully conducted at Camaya Coast, Mariveles, Bataan. The FBSE, a flagship program of the Department of Tourism (DOT) implemented through the Provincial Tourism Office, aims to strengthen the national branding of tourism services by highlighting and integrating core Filipino values into service delivery.
A total of 77 tourism industry workers took part in the learning session, which was facilitated by FBSE Trainer Mr. Gil T. Regondola, with the support of DOT Representative Ms. Nikka Nulud. While FBSE seminars are usually conducted in individual establishments, the participants of this session showed notable enthusiasm and active involvement throughout the dayโs activities.
The seminar highlighted key topics such as the 7Ms of Filipino Hospitality and the proper execution of the Mabuhay Gesture, both of which embody the unique warmth and service excellence that define Filipino hospitality. Maraming salamat po at Mabuhay!
