Originally from Antique, Mr. Cuayson become an adopted son of Bataan. Mr. Ceasar V. Cuayson was the first Provincial Tourism Officer of Bataan. Originally from Antique, Mr. Cuayson become an adopted son of Bataan.
He was assigned by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan to be the Provincial Tourism Officer of the Province of Bataan. As the Provincial Tourism Officer, he inculcated love for nature and always emphasized the need to preserve our natural resources in order for the future generations to enjoy its beauty and blessings .
During his tenure from ___ to 2013, Mr. Ceasar successfully organized several projects one of which was Sining at Kultura ng Lahing Bataan , a performing arts group that highlights the cultural aspects of Bataan. Another project was the establishment of the Bataan Artist Society , a group of talented painters. On the other hand , the Bataan Hotel and Restaurant Owner’s Association was founded in 1996 by a group of small and medium entrepreneurs from Bataan.
It started when they joined trade fairs in different parts of the Philippines. Mr. Cuayson also helped in putting up Koro Bangkal Magbigkin, a chorale group composed of Aeta children from the town of Abucay. He also initiated the walk for a cause for schools near Pilar. Mr. Cuayson says that “Provincial government officials should have the heart for and expertise on tourism so that they will prioritize the development of this industry. “
