Ang paggunita ay pinangunahan ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng Abucay sa pamamagitan ng Abucay Tourism Office, at dinaluhan ni Punong Bayan Hon. Erik J. Martel, ng Provincial Tourism Office, mga opisyal ng lokal na pamahalaan, mga kinatawan mula sa iba’t ibang ahensya, at mga miyembro ng komunidad.
