Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE)
Another session of the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Seminar was successfully concluded for the remaining batch of the hospitality workforce of La Jolla Hotel and Beach Resort on July 29, 2026. This flagship program of the Department of Tourism (DOT) aims to instill and promote the warmth of Filipino hospitality among frontline service providers in the local, regional, and national tourism industry.







The program commenced with an opening message from Mr. Augusto Leoncio, Human Resource Manager of La Jolla Hotel and Beach Resort. In support of the DOT’s initiative, a total of 55 frontline personnel participated in the seminar, which was facilitated by FBSE Master Trainer and Resource Speaker Dr. Jay Aquino, with the assistance of Mr. Erwin Joshua Salta of the DOT. The first batch of the FBSE Seminar for La Jolla Hotel and Beach Resort was conducted on July 21, 2026. With the completion of the second batch, nearly the entire workforce of the establishment has now been trained under the DOT’s FBSE Program. Maraming salamat po at Mabuhay!
