Filipino Brand of Service Excellence in the Municipality of Bagac
As part of the continuing celebration of Tourism Month, the Bataan Provincial Tourism Office, in partnership with the Department of Tourism – Region III, and in collaboration with the Local Government Unit of Bagac through the Municipal Tourism Office, successfully conducted the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training on September 21, 2026, at Psalm Hotel and Conference Center, Bagac, Bataan.
The Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training reflects Bataan’s commitment to creating meaningful and memorable experiences for every visitor. By bringing service excellence closer to the municipal level, local tourism frontliners are equipped with the knowledge and values to embody the warmth of Filipino hospitality.
