Filipino Brand of Service Excellence in the Municipality of Dinalupihan
As part of the continuing celebration of Tourism Month, the Bataan Provincial Tourism Office, in partnership with the Department of Tourism – Region III, and in collaboration with the Local Government Unit of Dinalupihan through the Municipal Tourism Office, successfully conducted the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training on September 23, 2026, at the Bulwagan ng Bayan, Dinalupihan, Bataan.




















The training brought together tourism frontliners in the Municipality of Dinalupihan, providing them with valuable knowledge, skills, and insights on delivering quality service and meaningful visitor experiences. Through the FBSE Training, the Bataan Provincial Tourism Office continues to support and strengthen service excellence at the local level, empowering tourism frontliners to showcase the warmth, genuine hospitality, and service-oriented spirit that embody the Filipino brand of hospitality.
