Filipino Brand of Service Excellence Training for Bataan Provincial Government Employees
The Provincial Tourism Office of Bataan, in collaboration with the Department of Tourism – Region III, conducted the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training – Batch 1 today, September 9, 2026, at the Bataan Tourism Pavilion, City of Balanga, Bataan.
The training was attended by employees of the Provincial Government of Bataan, who gathered to enhance their knowledge, skills, and appreciation of delivering excellent and meaningful service to the public.
The Filipino Brand of Service Excellence program emphasizes the importance of Filipino hospitality, professionalism, courtesy, and genuine service. It aims to develop service-oriented individuals who can create positive and memorable experiences through every interaction with guests, visitors, and the community. For the Provincial Tourism Office, promoting service excellence goes hand in hand with strengthening Bataan as a welcoming and visitor-friendly destination.
