The Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support Training continued on September 30, 2026
Moving into its third day, the Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support Training continued on September 30, 2026, at the Pavilion Tourism, Balanga City, Bataan, with tourism establishments and tour guides taking part in another full day of first-aid learning and practice.

The session covered a range of medical and environmental emergencies, including breathing emergencies and heart attacks, abdominal and diabetic emergencies, allergies, animal bites and stings, poisoning, and heat-related problems. Participants also tackled trauma injuries, with discussions and demonstrations on wounds, burns, musculoskeletal injuries, bandaging, and splinting.
Putting the lessons into practice, participants also took part in hands-on activities and return demonstrations, giving them the opportunity to apply the proper first-aid techniques in different situations.
With a wider range of emergency scenarios covered, todayโs session gave participants another opportunity to build practical skills that can be useful when immediate assistance is neededโwhether during a tour, at a tourism establishment, or in the community.
