The Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support Training
The Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support Training continued on September 29, 2026, at the Pavilion Tourism, Balanga City, Bataan, with a total of 34 participants from various tourism establishments and tour guides across the province.
Day 2 focused on the fundamentals of first aid, covering the Introduction to First Aid and the Steps in First Aid: Emergency Action Principle, as well as proper response to common medical concerns such as fever and head and neck problems. Participants also engaged in hands-on activities and return demonstrations, allowing them to apply the knowledge and skills discussed during the sessions and demonstrate the proper steps in responding to different emergency situations.
Through this training, Bataan’s tourism frontliners continue to strengthen their knowledge, preparedness, and confidence in responding to emergencies, contributing to a safer and more responsive tourism environment for visitors and the community.
