Your Next Favorite Local Find Awaits at SMFab Finds, Shop Local and Support MSMEs
June is shaping up to be an exciting month at SM Supermalls—not just for shoppers looking for unique finds, but also for Filipino entrepreneurs ready to take their businesses to the next level.
Across the country, SM Supermalls continues to open doors for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through a lineup of trade fairs, artisan markets, and entrepreneurship programs designed to connect local businesses with millions of mallgoers. Whether you’re searching for handcrafted products, locally made delicacies, wedding essentials, or even your next business opportunity, there’s something worth discovering this month.

The journey begins in the Summer Capital as the Artisan Village Market by Silk Events takes over SM Baguio from June 15 to 25. Shoppers can explore a carefully curated collection of handcrafted goods, fashion pieces, home décor, specialty food products, and unique creations from passionate local entrepreneurs and artisans at their most-loved SM mall.
“Events like these allow small brands like ours to be seen by customers from all over the country. SM provides the exposure and opportunities that help us grow beyond our local communities,” shared one of the participating entrepreneurs.
Meanwhile, wedding bells are ringing at SM Aura as the DTI Wedding Fair gathers Filipino entrepreneurs from June 24 to 28. From bespoke accessories and giveaways to event essentials and creative services, the fair showcases the talent and innovation of local businesses helping make life’s biggest celebrations even more memorable.
Food lovers and advocates of local agriculture can also look forward to the Kadiwa Trade Fair at SM Clark from June 26 to 28, where farmers, producers, and MSMEs will bring fresh produce and locally sourced products directly to consumers.
On June 27, opportunities take center stage at Trabaho at Negosyo in SM Bataan, where jobseekers and aspiring entrepreneurs can explore pathways toward livelihood, employment, and business growth—all under one roof. According to DTI Sec Cris Roque, initiatives like these create meaningful opportunities for entrepreneurs to scale their businesses. “Market access remains one of the biggest challenges for MSMEs. Through partnerships with organizations like SM Supermalls, we are able to provide entrepreneurs with platforms that help them reach more customers, build stronger brands, and contribute to local economic growth.”
Trabaho at Negosyo tells a bigger story—today’s job seeker can become tomorrow’s employer. By combining job matching, MSME mentoring, and government services in one space, the initiative reflects a forward-thinking approach to workforce development where employment and entrepreneurship reinforce each other. “MSMEs like us contribute to the economy because as we expand, so does our requirements – like manpower, so we are able to contribute through creating jobs.” – JORGE WIENEKE of Tokyo Tempura. As SM Supermalls continues its commitment to championing Filipino entrepreneurship, June serves as another reminder that great things happen when opportunities meet ambition. Through accessible marketplaces, strategic partnerships, and innovative platforms, SM remains dedicated to helping MSMEs grow, succeed, and inspire communities across the country. After all, every successful business starts somewhere—and for many Filipino entrepreneurs, that journey begins at SM.
