    Day 3 of the Pawikan Environmental Forum Broadens Awareness in the Municipalities of Orani, Samal, and Abucay

    The province-wide Pawikan Environmental Forum continued yesterday, November 19, 2025, bringing its third-day learning sessions to Kabalutan Elementary School in Orani, Lalawigan Elementary School in Samal, and Wawa Elementary School in Abucay.
    As the program reaches more communities across the province, it continues to nurture awareness, responsibility, and a collective effort toward preserving Bataan’s marine life.
    We extend our heartfelt thanks to the school heads, teachers, students, and our dedicated partners for warmly welcoming the team and supporting this meaningful initiative.     Day 2 of Pawikan Environmental Forum Reaches Students In Dinalupihan and Hermosa

    The province-wide Pawikan Environmental Forum continued last November 18, 2025, reaching more young learners at San Pablo Elementary School in Dinalupihan and Almacen Elementary School in Hermosa.
    The sessions highlighted the importance of marine turtle protection under Provincial Ordinance No. 24, Series of 2022. Students participated in short discussions, interactive presentations, and fun educational games that helped them understand how Pawikan contribute to healthy coastal ecosystems and what simple daily habits can support their conservation.
    With each school visited, the forum strengthens awareness and inspires more students to actively care for Bataan’s marine life.
    Together, let us help save the Pawikan.

    This November 29, we will gather at the Pawikan Conservation Center in Brgy. Nagbalayong, Morong to honor our beloved Pawikan and the communities who work tirelessly to protect them.
    From early morning activities and creative competitions to the ceremonial releasing of hatchlings, and ending the day with a coastal clean-up, the festival serves as a beautiful reminder that every small act of care helps keep our coastal ecosystems alive.
    Everyone is welcome, from families, volunteers, students, to nature lovers, to enjoy a meaningful day of learning, discovery, and community, all united by one mission: Help Save the Pawikan.

    EMPOWERING FILIPINO HOSPITALITY: FBSE SEMINAR CONCLUDES AT PUNTABELLE NATURE RESORT AND FARM ADVENTURE On November 5, 2025, the Department of Tourism (DOT), through the Provincial Tourism Office, successfully concluded the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Seminar at Puntabelle Nature Resort and Farm Adventure in Hermosa, Bataan. A total of 38 service employees participated in this flagship program designed to standardize exceptional Filipino frontline service. Led by FBSE Master Trainer Dr. Jay A. Aquino, Ph.D., and assisted by DOT Representative Mr. Nathan Palma, the seminar emphasized the core values of Filipino hospitality: warmth, care, and genuine service.

    Bataan Tourism Office Holds Seminar on Destination Marketing Through Social Media

    As part of the celebration of English Competency Week (ECW) 2025, the Provincial Government of Bataan, through the Provincial Tourism Office, conducted a seminar on “Destination Marketing Through Social Media” on September 17, 2025, at the Bataan Tourism Pavilion, City of Balanga.
    With the theme “English as a Passport: Bataeños Ready for the World,” the seminar highlighted how English proficiency and digital tools can open global opportunities for Bataan’s tourism industry.
    Resource speakers from JG Worldwide led the sessions, including Mr. Zooz B. Paraso on “The Language of Marketing: Communicating the Right Audience Unlocks Global Opportunities for Bataeños,” Ms. Raeneil Japs P. Inocencio on “Speaking Business: How English and Digital Content Can Take Your Brand Goal,” and Mr. Mark Vinze Montero, CEO and Co-Founder of JG Worldwide, who facilitated a hands-on Brand Discovery workshop that guided participants in identifying their unique brand essence and strategies.
